By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.
1 · Who we are
Biscayne Quilt Supply is operated by AKLDGROUP LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #24519, Miami, FL 33137, USA. Contact: hello@biscaynequiltsupply.com. By placing an order you enter into an agreement with AKLDGROUP LLC.
2 · Products & availability
We sell quilting, sewing, and craft supplies for retail and small-batch wholesale customers. Items marked 'Coming Soon' are not yet available for purchase; joining a waitlist creates no obligation on either side. We work to keep listings accurate and will contact you promptly if an item in your order becomes unavailable.
3 · Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time of order; we never store full card details. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.
4 · Shipping & returns
Shipping timelines and costs are described on our Shipping page. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy — 30 days from delivery, with the exceptions listed there (cut fabric, digital patterns, opened needles and blades).
5 · Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is available to approved businesses (quilt shops, sewing studios, longarm quilters, pattern designers, and independent makers). We review applications manually and may request supporting documentation. Wholesale terms are provided upon approval and may differ from retail terms.
6 · Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders or suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraud.
7 · Intellectual property
All site copy, photography, and design, and the Biscayne Quilt Supply name, belong to AKLDGROUP LLC or our suppliers. Don't republish them commercially without written permission. Sharing product links and tagging us on social media is always welcome.
8 · Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
