Biscayne Quilt Supply is operated by AKLDGROUP LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #24519, Miami, FL 33137. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the shop, and we never sell your data.
1 · What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (for the carrier), and a payment confirmation token. We never see or store full card details — those live only with our payment processor. When you create an account: a hashed password, saved addresses, and order history. When you join a waitlist or newsletter: your email address. When you apply for wholesale: your business details as submitted. When you browse: anonymized analytics (pages viewed, clicks) to improve the site.
2 · How we use it
Strictly to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send order and shipping notifications, review wholesale applications, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new stock and launches. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
3 · Who we share it with
Only the partners required to run the shop: our payment processor, shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), and our email service provider. Each receives only what they need to do their job.
4 · Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and login working, and lightweight analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies in the consent banner and the site will still work.
5 · Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@biscaynequiltsupply.com. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes personal data except records we're legally required to keep (e.g., tax records of completed orders).
6 · Children
Biscayne Quilt Supply is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
